Craig DeBono
Founder
Craig is originally from Schenectady, New York and holds a bachelor's degree in Management and a master's degree in Analytics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY.
Craig spent the early part of his career in analytics, AI/ML, product and engineering management. He scaled a team from 2 to 10 and managed a tech department through a full acquisition, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to grow and protect a team at a critical inflection point.
He later brought that perspective into recruiting, where he has worked with a wide range of companies, mostly startups, across industries. His searches span Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
